ATTENDEES to the horticultural industry's main trade show next week (September 17 until 19, 2012) can learn about a new portable solar panel product for gardeners to use to offset and reduce their electrical consumption.

Solar Systems will exhibit its Pluginsolarpanels, which can save gardeners money by generating solar power in gardens or from the roofs of sheds, at GLEE from September 17 until 19.

Phil Grabham, Managing Director of Solar Systems, which installs home and business solar panels, said: "We're looking forward to exhibiting our Pluginsolarpanels at GLEE.

"The panels can be mounted on sheds, greenhouses and garages or positioned freestanding in open spaces where they can be used to provide free electricity to offset the power consumption of items such as propagators, heaters and garden tools or simply reduce household electricity bills.

"In the current economic climate the product is ideal for eco-conscious gardeners who would like to make the most of renewable energy without the cost of installing a larger solar panel system.

"We're looking forward to talking to anyone interested in finding out more about the products and the services we offer at our stand, 5E67."

Solar Systems, based in Somerset, is a specialist in solar technologies. The company has a wealth of experience in the design and installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) and thermal panels for homeowners and businesses.

GLEE takes place at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham from Monday, September 17 until Wednesday, September 19. Solar Systems will be in hall five at stand number 5E67.
